Cloudapt Threshold
Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms cover your use of Cloudapt Threshold ("Threshold"), the portal Cloudapt, LLC ("Cloudapt", "we") provides at https://threshold.cloudapt.com. By signing in, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who Can Use Threshold
Threshold is for staff of properties where Cloudapt provides service, Cloudapt's own staff, and residents of those properties. Accounts are created by Cloudapt, by property staff, or automatically when a resident moves in, including a move-in sent by the property's leasing software. A resident's access ends when they move out.
Your Account
- Keep your password private, and don't let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your email address up to date, because password resets are sent there.
- If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and contact us at Cloudapt's contact page.
Acceptable Use
Don't:
- try to access units, properties or accounts you haven't been given access to;
- interfere with Threshold, the WiFi devices it manages, or other people's service;
- probe, scan or test Threshold's security without Cloudapt's written permission;
- use Threshold to break the law or the rules of your property.
Property staff must only enter accurate resident details, and only for residents of the properties they manage. The same applies to details a property's leasing software sends to Threshold. A property that connects its leasing software must keep the API key Cloudapt issues secret and tell Cloudapt promptly if it may have been exposed.
Your Internet Service
Your internet service itself is provided under your lease or your agreement with your property and Cloudapt. These terms don't change that agreement. Changing your WiFi password disconnects every device using the old one. The WiFi network name is set by Cloudapt and can't be changed.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep Threshold available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change or improve Threshold over time.
Suspension and Ending Access
We may suspend or end access to Threshold for anyone who breaks these terms, or to protect the service and other users. Residents' access ends automatically at move-out.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Cloudapt isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using, or being unable to use, Threshold.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell account holders by email or in Threshold. Continuing to use Threshold after a change means you accept the new terms.
